Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage leases more spaces in the building. “Warszawski Sznyt” – a new site on the culinary map of Warsaw

Senatorska Investment, the owner of Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage office building located in the heart of the Old Town, has acquired a new tenant. The company “Krawczyk Restaurants” – a nationwide restaurant owner – will open a two-level restaurant “Warszawski Sznyt”.

“Krawczyk Restaurants” leased the largest commercial premises available in Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage, located on two floors of the building, with a surface area of 602 m2 and a unique view of the Royal Castle Square. Restaurateur’s flagship restaurant “Warszawski Sznyt” will open its doors in March 2017.

The design, approved by Krawczyk Restaurants Company, will include a steakhouse, located on the lower level and decorated in a stylish, modern design, with a trendy open kitchen offering a groundbreaking international menu. Another attraction of the restaurant will be the unique panorama of the Castle Square viewed through huge sliding windows facing the Square. When opened, the windows will create the impression of space and freedom and being in the open space in the immediate vicinity of the Royal Castle.

“Polish Tradition” will be the theme of the cuisine served on the first floor. Gourmet menu, elegant interior and live piano music rarely found nowadays – all these are features with which the owners want to attract gourmets not only to have lunch or dinner, but also to host larger family gatherings. The upper level of the restaurant will also offer customers the opportunity to watch the chefs busying themselves in the second open kitchen. This level will provide a different, more focused view of the Castle Square and the Old Town. Paweł Kałuski, renowned for running the kitchen at the best restaurants with the international menu, will be the Head Chef.

“We are extremely gratified that another tenant appreciated the unique qualities of both the building of Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage and its location, and the Old Town will gain a unique place that will introduce a fresh approach to the local culinary scene and will focus not only on tourists but also on extremely discerning residents of the capital,” – said Maximilian Marcinkowski, CEO of Senatorska Investment. “Given their experience, “Krawczyk Restaurants” is an excellent partner, who makes being a tenant in our building more attractive, he added.
