Rossmann Supermarkety Drogerie Polska Sp. z o. o. has become a tenant of Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage. The new drug store will be located on the ground floor. Finishing works of the premises will start soon. The store’s opening will coincide with putting the building into use.

Senatorska Investment – the investor of Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage, has signed a lease agreement with Rossmann – the owner of the largest drug store chain in Poland. The tenant will move in on the ground floor with an area of 306 sq m, at the corner from Miodowa and Senatorska streets. The store entrance will be located from the side of Senatorska street. The first Rossmann store opened in Poland in 1993. Currently the company has more than 1,000 stores in 400 cities.

When deciding on the location of our next store, we considered primarily the prestigious location as well as modern technological solutions used in the building. We have found all of the above in Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage, located in the immediate vicinity of the Castle Square in Warsaw – said Tomasz Cieślak from Rossmann.

Maksymilian Marcinkowski, Chairman of the Board of Senatorska Investment announced: Conducting talks with potential commercial tenants of our project we do our best to choose those, who best respond also to the needs of residents of the Old Town and tourists visiting this unique place. We are pleased that we can announce the start of our cooperation with a tenant, who appreciated the prestige of our building as well as the potential of its location.
