Plac Zamkowy- Business with Heritage awarded for the Best Retro-fit/ Renovation Development of the Year

Plac Zamkowy- Business with Heritage was recognized by this year’s EuropaProperty CEE Investment & Green Building Awards. Our investment won the highest prize in the Best Retro-fit/ Renovation Development of the Year category. The jury panel consisted of 70 prominent personalities from the real estate industry, including representatives of investment funds, financial institutions, property developers and real estate consultants from the CEE region. The final vote was audited by EY.

The CEE Investment & Green Building Awards aim at showcasing the evolving investment and sustainable development opportunities that are presenting themselves to the market in the region. Projects presented at this year’s Awards featured top performing investors and companies from the commercial real estate industry as well as leading office, retail and warehouse initiatives. All nominations in the category ‘Green Building Awards- Best Retro-fit/ Renovation of the Year’ were Breeam or Leed certified. Plac Zamkowy- Business with Heritage was officially registered in the Breeam ecological certification system as early as at its design stage, and was awarded the Breeam Interim certificate with a ‘Very Good’ grade.
