New office tenants

In September, Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage saw the opening of the headquarters of Tree Development Group. The development company took the second floor of the building. The opening was also launching of the first Warsaw branch by one of the largest development companies in Łódź. Tree Development Group signed a five-year lease of a 150-m² unit, located next to a financial company.

Tree Development Group is a development company with a 10-year market experience. The company sells residential units, apartment and family homes in attractive locations near forests and parks. The company holds numerous prizes and awards. In 2014, “Gazeta Finansowa” weekly and “Gentleman” and “Home & Market” monthlies ranked it among the twenty-five most interesting development companies that have emerged in Poland in recent years. Just a year later, the company received a nomination for the Construction Leaders Emblem as Developer of the Year and in Investment of the Year category. One of the designs, built by the developer, was also the winner of the nationwide competition of the Minister of the Environment “Project: Space 2015”.

We were looking for place in Warsaw, which would provide an intimate atmosphere and feeling of prestige. Tree Development Group is one of the largest development companies in Łódź. Data from the Polish National Bank shows that every fifth apartment in Łódź is purchased is from this developer.
