Nearly 70% of the inhabitants of Warsaw positively evaluates office building raising at Castle Square
In the survey conducted by the reputable research center – Millward Brown, on a representative sample of residents of Warsaw, the overwhelming majority of respondents said that they like the design of the new office building, which is being constructed at Castle Square in Warsaw. More than two-thirds of the respondents also felt that the new investment fits well with the historic buildings of the Old Town.
The results of the survey conducted by Millward Brown show that the new office building Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage like nearly 70% of the inhabitants of Warsaw. Only 22% of respondents said that they don’t like the building, and approx. 11% had no opinion on this subject.
Warsaw residents have a similar opinion on the suitability of the new office building to the historical buildings of the Old Town. Over two-thirds of the respondents felt that the building blends well into the surrounding buildings, and only approx. 20% of people didn’t agree.
Warsaw citizens, taking part in the survey, also evaluated positively investor’s decision on building on an empty plot at Castle Square – 66% of people said they prefer here new building instead of the previously undeveloped space, and only 20% of respondents would prefer this plot to remain empty.
