Construction of Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage in the final stages of completion

Construction of the office building Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage has reached one of its final stages of completion.

Masonry works, facade plastering, underground and above-ground floors insulation have been finished. Roofing has been completed as well. In addition the building is already equipped in all air handling units, cooling systems well as high and low voltage switches.

Elevators have been installed in the building and are ready for acceptance by Office of Technical Inspection.

Façade works, window and stone cladding installation is in progress.

Currently ventilated STO facades, display windows and glazed doors are being mounted. Installation works of ventilation system, air conditioning, electric and telecommunication in the common areas – are in progress

Finishing and landscaping works around the building have already started.
