Works on the construction site of Plac Zamkowy – Business with Heritage are entering their final stage

Finishing works are at an advanced stage. Walls, drywalls and raised floor system installation in the building comes to an end. In the public communication zones (staircases) the substructure is being installed. Laying stone slabs has started.

Aluminium joinery works on the external facade, ventilated STO facade and stone cladding installation has been completed. All works in high- and low voltage areas have been also completed. An agreement has been signed with the electricity supplier.

Installation works of ventilation system, air conditioning, electric and telecommunication in the common areas are in progress. At the same time preparations are underway for the launch of ventilation and cold production equipment.

Landscaping works i.e. installation of curbs and foundation layer of pavements is in progress.

The current appearance of the building’s facade is not the final appearance yet – the walls will be painted and grooved in order to obtain three-dimensional effect.
